The company was founded by Dr Mandu Selepe in 2015. It was established with the aim of providing Career assessment and counselling services to high school learners, graduates and professionals.

To give insight to individuals on different career paths they can choose, by integrating their interests, values, abilities, personalities and learning styles using psychometric tools.

Dr. Mandu is a qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She is a former High School teacher. Previously, she served in the unit of Psychological services as a Chief Education Specialist at the Limpopo Provincial office.  Dr. Mandu has also worked in public and private hospitals around Polokwane, South Africa.

Currently, Dr. Mandu also serves as a Student Counsellor at the University of Limpopo. Amongst other activities, she coordinates Work Readiness and Graduate placement programmes.

Dr. Mandu Selepe holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. Again, she holds a senior degree in Education. 

Apart from being a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Selepe is also a Certified Whole Brain Practitioner and a Career Analyst.
